Since 1998, Bo O'Kelley has been building homes with a personal touch.

Bo has always been personally involved with each home he has built.  He believes that the best way to fulfill the Homeowners' dream, is to build a relationship and understanding with them.  Taking the time to guide the Homeowner through the process and helping them make decisions that can add comfort and value to their home.

He incorporated O'Kelley Properties, Inc. and became a  Building Partner with Shea Properties in the Amberfield, Lynfield, and Three Chimneys communities.  O'Kelley Properties, also built homes around Gwinnett County and on Lake Lanier.   In 2002, Bo joined the Colonnade Custom Homes team (a division of John Wieland Homes) building homes and overseeing the company's construction operations in Laurel Springs, Wexford, and the prestigeous River Club in Suwanee, with price points ranging from $500,000 to $1,500,000+.

With the change in the economy in 2007,  the industry shifted away from new construction and to more and more homeowners choosing to update, renovate and add on to their existing homes.  Solid Construction of Norcross, Inc. was incorporated to meet the increased demand for high quality projects and excellent customer service in the Metro Atlanta area, from Buckhead to Sugarloaf and beyond.  Bo is now recognized as an award-winning homebuilder and remodeler ready for the challenge of any custom project.  In 2015,  Bo decided that if you are proud of the work you are doing, you should put your name on it.  Therefore, he re-branded the company as O'Kelley Custom Homes & Renovations, which also better describes the core focus of the business.

Currently, Bo is building homes in The River Club, Sugarloaf, and Historic Norcross along with other projects throughout the metro Atlanta area. O'Kelley Custom Homes & Renovations is excited for the opportunity to help create your next dream home. Contact us today!
